Expect a creamy, buttery flavor with a whisper of the ocean — refined but never fussy. It’s the kind of caviar that doesn’t need to brag. One bite and you’ll get it.

• Origin: Italy, Farmed (Acipenser transmontanus)

• Texture & Flavor: Smooth, medium-sized pearls with a buttery, nutty profile and clean ocean finish.

• Packaging: Sealed for freshness in a glass jar or metal tin.

• Storage: Keep refrigerated (below 38°F). Best enjoyed within 4–6 weeks unopened, or 3 days after opening.

• Shipping: Perishable. Overnight delivery only.

• Allergies: Contains fish.

Place your order by 10:00 am EST, Monday through Thursday, and we’ll ship it overnight the same day. Orders placed after 10:00 am EST on Thursday through Sunday will ship the following Monday for Tuesday delivery.
