Cavi likes to chill—literally. Keep it in the fridge at 26°–38°F and don’t mess with it until you’re ready to eat. The less air it’s exposed to, the better.
Pro tip: Don’t open the tin until you're ready to go all in.
Short answer: it’s not forever food.
But let’s be honest—you’re not letting caviar sit around that long anyway.

We pack your order to stay cool all the way to your door. The ice packs are supposed to melt by the time it arrives. As long as the tin feels cold to the touch, your caviar is good to go. Just pop it in the fridge and you’re golden. We do recognize that even with Priority Overnight shipping that it may get delayed by a day. We pack our orders with enough ice to last 48 hours.

We use temperature-controlled packaging made to keep your caviar cool and collected until it hits your fridge. It’s handled with care the whole way through because half-melted caviar is not the vibe.
Annoying? Yes. Fixable? Also yes.
If your package arrived looking off, hit us up and contact the carrier (usually UPS). Just keep everything as-is so we can file the claim. We’ll take it from there and make sure you’re taken care of.
If it’s fresh, it flies. We ship all perishable orders with FedEx Priority Overnight shipping.

Caviar needs its chill. The heavier the order, the more ice and insulation it takes to get it to you fresh. That means extra shipping fees based on total weight and what’s inside.

Caviar’s not exactly something we can “un-send.” Because we ship perishable goods, all orders are final and can’t be canceled once they’re placed.
Double-check your cart, your shipping info, and your cravings before hitting confirm. No take-backs.

Heads up: Returns or exchanges for anything other than a quality issue? Not accepted. Caviar isn’t something you return just because you changed your mind.
As soon as your package lands, give it a once-over.
If anything looks damaged or tampered with, contact the carrier (FedEx or whoever delivered it) and our team right away. The sooner you let us know, the easier it is to sort things out.
One more thing: keep everything exactly as it arrived—packaging, products, all of it. We’ll need it to file a claim and make things right.
Cavi reserves the right to refuse a refund or exchange if we believe the package was tampered with after delivery. We take product integrity seriously—thanks for understanding.
SavedBy Package Protection is an optional but highly recommended add-on that covers lost, damaged, stolen, or delayed packages that could arrive damaged. We do everything humanly possible to get your CAVI to you safely and on time, but let's be real—sometimes shipping sucks and we hate that. That's where SavedBy saves the day.
Just 2% of your total order cost to be fully covered in case anything happens. It automatically calculates when you add items to your cart. Small price for peace of mind.
Not required, but highly recommended if you want zero stress. It speeds up resolving shipping issues and covers situations we can't. Think of it as insurance for your caviar—because she can by a fussy one.

SavedBy typically sends replacements within 1 business day. Sometimes it takes a bit longer, but they move fast to fix whatever went wrong.
You'll get an email confirmation from SavedBy when you add their protection to your order. Keep an eye out.
If you file a claim or they need info, they'll email you directly with updates and solutions.
