Somewhere along the way, caviar got trapped behind velvet ropes. White tablecloths, special occasions only, way too many rules nobody asked for.
But every time we ate it, we had the same thought: why can’t this just be fun?
We loved caviar, but everything around it felt stuck in the past. The advertising was stiff. The vibe was intimidating. The prices were wild. We didn’t grow up eating it at fancy dinners. We fell for it late at night, at home, on fries, chips, nuggets, buttered toast. Straight from the tin, obviously.
So we built the caviar brand we wished existed.
CAVI was born in Miami, backed by years in food, hospitality, and culture. We knew exactly what we didn’t want: gatekeeping, intimidation, or caviar that felt untouchable.
Instead, we focused on the good stuff. Real sturgeon caviar, responsibly sourced, clearly explained, delivered fast, packaged boldly and most importantly, priced transparently. Always meant to be eaten, not admired.
