Place your order by 10:00 am EST, Monday through Thursday, and we’ll ship it overnight the same day. Orders placed after 10:00 am EST on Thursday through Sunday will ship the following Monday for Tuesday delivery.
CAVI is perishable, so we ship it overnight to keep things crisp. Expect it on your doorstep in about 1 business day. Because caviar waits for no one.

Unopened CAVI stays fresh for up to 3-4 weeks in the fridge (below 38°F / 3.3°C). The sooner, the fresher. Once you pop the lid? You’ve got 3 days to live your best life. Not that it’ll last that long anyway.
